Policy Reminders

  • You must notify Anchoring Within, LLC at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

  • Clients arriving 10 mins late will be considered a no show and billed for the full service.

  • For clients wanting to use their insurance for coverage, you must upload a clear image of the FRONT and BACK of your insurance card to the client portal. Without this, you may be liable for the full cost of services.

  • First appointments must have all shared documents in the Client Portal fully completed 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise these appointments will be canceled.
