Policy Reminders

You must notify Anchoring Within, LLC at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Clients arriving 10 mins late will be considered a no show and billed for the full service.

For clients wanting to use their insurance for coverage, you must upload a clear image of the FRONT and BACK of your insurance card to the client portal. Without this, you may be liable for the full cost of services.

First appointments must have all shared documents in the Client Portal fully completed 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise these appointments will be canceled.
